Customer Review: Girl’s 20″ bike
We took the bike to a shop to ensure it was put together correctly and adjusted to my daughter’s needs. She is enjoying it. The bike seems to shift and brake well and meets her needs.
Customer Review: Expected quality
I purchased both a Boy’s and a Girl’s version of this bike at the same time. They are of expected quality. The Girl’s version required me to disassemble the cranks as the chain ring was rubbing on the the chainstay. I’m not sure if the production tolerances were the cause of it or not, but it definitely should have been caught had there been any quality control inspection. I was able to insert a washer to provide proper sufficient spacing, but it was still close. The Boy’s version had at least a 1/4″ spacing.
